Description

A delicious recipe for corn sautéed with garlic, butter, and topped with Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 6 ears corn, husked and cut in halves (or whole)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (or Italian seasoning)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup water or chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  2. Add corn, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley; turn to coat.
  3. Pour in cream and water, cover, and simmer 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan over corn and cook uncovered 2–3 minutes until cheesy and glossy.
  5. Serve hot straight from the skillet.
