A delicious recipe for corn sautéed with garlic, butter, and topped with Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 6 ears corn, husked and cut in halves (or whole)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley (or Italian seasoning)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup water or chicken broth
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add corn, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley; turn to coat.
- Pour in cream and water, cover, and simmer 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over corn and cook uncovered 2–3 minutes until cheesy and glossy.
- Serve hot straight from the skillet.
