Description

Delicious homemade garlic parmesan breadsticks made from refrigerated pizza dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (13 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter (melted)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (sea salt or kosher salt)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto a cutting board. Use a knife, or pizza cutter, to cut it into 1-inch wide strips. Transfer the strips to the parchment paper on the sheet pan.
  3. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and salt. Brush it over the warm breadsticks and then immediately sprinkle each breadstick with parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve warm with warmed marinara sauce if desired.

Notes

  • This recipe uses Pillsbury brand pizza dough.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and parmesan to your taste.
