Description
Deliciously decorated Oreo cookies with a festive touch!
Ingredients

- 20 Oreos
- 1 cup White chocolate (Melted)
- 2 tbsp White edible pearls
- 1/3 cup Sparkling sugar
- 1 cup Marshmallow fondant (Light blue)
- 1 tbsp Corn syrup (Or Buttercream frosting)
Instructions
- Roll out fondant and use a circle cutter to cut out some circular pieces. They should be the same size as the Oreo cookies.
- Brush corn syrup on or spread some buttercream icing on top of the Oreo.
- Stick the circle fondant piece on top and press it gently.
- Fill a piping bag or squeeze bottle with melted white chocolate and draw a snowflake on top of the blue fondant.
- Sprinkle sanding sugar all over the cookie before the chocolate sets and hardens.
- Stick some edible pearls wherever you like.
- Brush away excess sanding sugar and enjoy.
- Prepare cut out cookie dough and roll it out.
- Press cookie cutter onto dough and use plunger to release it onto a sheet of parchment paper.
- Bake until golden brown and firm along the edges.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Flood the tops with melted white chocolate, royal icing or glace icing.
- Before this icing sets, dip the cookie (wet side down) into a bowl of sanding sugar.
- Place them on a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper and let icing set until firm and enjoy.
Notes
- For best results, ensure the fondant is rolled out evenly.
- Use high-quality chocolate for melting to enhance flavor.
