- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon dried chives or herbs of your choice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for greasing)
- Toppings (e.g., sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or a mini muffin pan with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the high-protein flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and herbs. Stir well to ensure even distribution.
- In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and the egg until well combined. Then, mix this into the dry ingredients until it forms a dough.
- Fold in the shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly mixed.
- Take small amounts of the dough and shape them into bite-sized balls. Place them on the greased baking sheet or mini muffin pan.
- Sprinkle your choice of toppings such as sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning on top of each bite.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove the bites from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer them to a serving plate and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
