Description
This baked salmon dish is rich and flavorful, topped with garlic-herb Boursin cheese and fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- 4 each salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic-herb flavor)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish, then drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and squeeze lemon juice over each fillet.
- Spread a layer of Boursin cheese on top of each fillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

- This dish pairs well with a side of vegetables or rice.
- For a crispy top, broil for the last 2 minutes of baking.
