Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa (your choice)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, chopped (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in salsa and half of the shredded cheddar cheese; add jalapeños to taste.
- Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with black olives and serve hot with tortilla chips.

- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
- Can be made ahead of time and baked when ready to serve.
