Ingredients
Scale
- ¾ – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop salted caramel protein powder (I used Equip)
- 1 medjool date (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- ½–1 cup ice (as needed)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust liquid or ice as needed.
- Taste and add an extra pinch of sea salt or date for sweetness if desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

- This smoothie can be adapted with different protein powders or milk substitutes.
