Description

A refreshing salad with spinach, strawberries, avocados, and a sweet poppy seed dressing.


Ingredients

  • 6 ounces spinach
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 large avocados (sliced)
  • 1/2 small red onion (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Toss with as much of the dressing as you like just before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness of the dressing by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
