Description
A refreshing salad with spinach, strawberries, avocados, and a sweet poppy seed dressing.
Ingredients

- 6 ounces spinach
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 large avocados (sliced)
- 1/2 small red onion (sliced)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
- Combine salad ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss with as much of the dressing as you like just before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness of the dressing by adding more or less sugar according to your taste.
- For added flavor, consider adding fresh herbs like basil or mint.
