- 1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

- 4 large tortillas (flour or corn)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (for filling)
- 1 cup sliced avocado (for topping)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (or vegan alternative)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chickpeas, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sauté for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Add corn and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Spread a layer of shredded lettuce on each tortilla, followed by the chickpea filling.
- Top with sliced avocado and a dollop of sour cream. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
