Ingredients

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to swell and form a pudding-like consistency.
  4. After chilling, stir the pudding well to break up any clumps and achieve a smooth texture.
  5. Serve chilled topped with fresh fruit, nuts, or coconut flakes as desired.
