Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheese, divided

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions
