A delicious and easy Thai-inspired dish made with gyoza, coconut milk, and red curry.
Ingredients

- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 bottle red Thai curry
- 3 tbsp soyaki
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 bag chicken gyoza potstickers (16oz)
Instructions
- In a baking dish, mix together the coconut milk, 1/2 bottle of red Thai curry, soyaki sauce, and minced garlic.
- Then add on spinach, and layer on the frozen chicken dumplings.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
- Top with chili oil crunch and enjoy!

- Adjust the spices according to your taste.
- This dish can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
