- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup limoncello
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter over medium heat until melted. Stir in flour until it forms a ball.
- Remove from heat, bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- For the filling, mix mascarpone, limoncello, and sugar until creamy. Fill cooled profiteroles generously.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Make sure the profiteroles are cooled before filling.
- Adjust sugar in the filling to your taste.
