Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup limoncello
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter over medium heat until melted. Stir in flour until it forms a ball.
  3. Remove from heat, bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  4. For the filling, mix mascarpone, limoncello, and sugar until creamy. Fill cooled profiteroles generously.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
