Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss gently to coat all pieces in the glaze.
  4. Arrange the salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, spacing them apart.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and glaze is caramelized.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
