- 20 pieces Ladyfingers
- 1 cup Espresso or Strong Coffee
- 500 grams Mascarpone Cheese
- 200 ml Coconut Cream
- 100 grams Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 50 grams Coconut Flakes
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Brew your strong espresso and let it cool down to room temperature. Stir in sugar until fully dissolved.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, coconut cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled coffee mixture.
- In a serving dish, create layers starting with soaked ladyfingers followed by the mascarpone filling. Repeat at least three times.
- Dust the top layer with cocoa powder and sprinkle coconut flakes over it. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Slice and serve cold.

- Use unsweetened coconut cream to have better control of the dessert’s sweetness.
