Description

This creamy and delicious slow cooker chicken dish is perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 green onions or chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker in an even layer.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, salt, and black pepper over the chicken, then add the cream cheese on top.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  4. Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir until creamy.
  5. Add shredded cheddar cheese and most of the bacon, mix well, then cook for another 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Finish with remaining bacon and green onions, then serve warm.
