- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 green onions or chives, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker in an even layer.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning, salt, and black pepper over the chicken, then add the cream cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir until creamy.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and most of the bacon, mix well, then cook for another 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Finish with remaining bacon and green onions, then serve warm.
