Instructions

- Scoop the dough into 5 to 6 equal portions and place them on the prepared baking sheet with space between each one.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the centers still look slightly soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before serving or transferring to a rack.
