Description

Deliciously crispy stuffing balls, perfect as a side dish or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups leftover or prepared stuffing
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion (optional)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, sage, or thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place stuffing in a large bowl. If dry, drizzle with broth and stir to moisten.
  3. Add diced onion and celery if using. Stir in melted butter.
  4. Add eggs to the mixture and mix well until fully combined.
  5. Scoop into balls using a cookie scoop or hands, about golf ball size.
  6. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  8. (Optional) For extra crispiness, pan-sear the baked balls in a skillet with a little butter or oil.
  9. Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, or your favorite dip.
